What is Desire Cafe?

Desire Cafe is home of India’s favourite beverages. Our aim is to make it easier and quicker to get your daily dose of tea, coffee, hot chocolate or dry fruit milk without compromising on the quality, taste and health benefits of these beverages.

Our Vending Machines and Instant Premixes are thoroughly vetted for quality, ease of use and flavour. Every detail, from the manufacturing to the final product is overseen and nothing is left to chance. It is the best or nothing for our customers.

How Instant Premixes are made and are they natural?

Our Instant Premixes use naturally extracted ingredients to capture the flavour of the said beverage.

For example, our Instant Tea Premix has the following ingredients:

Instant Tea Extract: This is prepared from Tea Leaves using a spray drying process. It is 100% natural and no additives or chemicals are added to it. As extraction requires the tea leaves to contain the highest quality nutrients and antioxidants for the best quality Premix, the leaves used here are of much higher quality and grade compared to what you would use at home.

Milk Powder: This is prepared from Milk only. No additives or chemicals are added.

Sugar: We use sugar of highest grade which is normally used for manufacturing packaged foods.

Tea Masala / Cardamom / Clove / Cinnamon / Ginger /Black pepper: 100% Natural Ingredients are used to maintain the top most quality and taste.

Similarly, our Coffee Premix uses Instant Coffee which is widely and commonly used at home by all of us.

Do you have wholesale/bulk pricing?

Is Desire Instant Premixes 100% Vegetarian?

Yes!

What are the Shipping Charges?

For all orders above Rs. 999/-, our shipping is entirely free across India! For orders below Rs. 999/-, shipping charges are Flat Rs 50 per order.

Can i pay by cash on delivery?

No, we only accept payments online.

How long will my order take to deliver?

From the date of your order, we target to deliver within 5-7 business days. Order times can vary a little depending on your location. After ordering, we will drop you an email with tracking details of your order, so at any point in time, you can check where your shipment is and when it is expected to arrive.

Can i track my order?

Absolutely. We will provide you with tracking details of your shipment after you have completed your purchase.

Can i Modify or Cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled until they have been Packed.

However, if for specific reasons, the product is not as promised, then you can initiate return of the product, subject to certain criteria. You can read more about this on our Returns and Refunds page.

What Happens if i am not at home when the order is being delivered?

If there is no one available to collect the order on your behalf, then our delivery partners will leave a note of attempted delivery, and will try to deliver once again. If both deliveries result in failures, then the product will be returned to us. We will get in touch with you to arrange for a suitable delivery time and location.

Do you ship internationally?

No

Where else can i buy your teas from?

Our teas are available in our cafes across India! And we are actively looking out to partner with more. Check out our list of cafes for more details on retail store availability.

Can i return the Products i bought?

Yes, in the unlikely event that the Product we send to you arrives in defective packaging, is very late, or if we have shipped the incorrect Product, then you can initiate a return. Just write to us at sales@desirebeverage.com

Will you refund my money, or offer another Product in replacement?

We will replace your Product with another one of your choice or refund the amount.

Can i sell your tea at my retail outlet?

Our teas are currently sold at various retail outlets across the country. We’re always looking out to partner with more great places, and would love to hear from you! Can i Serve your tea at my restaurant/cafe/bar/hotel/spa?

Desire cafe teas are currently served at many places, We’ve had terrific feedback from all our partners, and are excited to partner with more outlets.
